Your type of people
We started in 2001, just a few of us getting together to do something that meant something. Now we have offices in seven big cities, and that something is the same something, only now it’s larger and more influential.
We’re still very much ourselves though, down-to-earth and informal. Our systems might be more sophisticated but we’re not! We’re still mad-passionate fundraising geeks, as anti-apathy as we always were.
One thing we’re very good at is spotting talent and holding on to it. Surprise, surprise, all our operational managers started out as fundraisers.
