Usually five other fundraisers and a team leader. Motivating and supporting each other is really important. Your team’s likely to be part of a section made up of six or seven other teams.
What’s the training?
You get a day’s initial training (two in London) to learn about the charity you’re representing and develop effective fundraising skills. Each time you fundraise for a new charity you get bespoke training. You also get excellent ongoing coaching from your team leader on the streets.
Can I choose where I work?
You choose the city, we choose where you work in and around it.
Can I choose the charity I raise funds for?
We’ll do our best to match you to your favourite cause, but can’t guarantee it.

In London, you start on £8.50 an hour, which rises to £13.50 an hour for top performers. Outside London you start on £7.50 per hour, rising to £12.50. For full-timers this works out at a minimum of about £17,000, a maximum of about £25,000, or even more with our uncapped daily

When and how do I get paid?
We pay weekly in arrears by direct bank transfer. You can use a friend’s account until you’ve set one up, so long as they don’t work for us.
Who pays my travel?
In your city, you do. In London this means Zones 1-6. When you travel outside the city, we reimburse your costs. In London this means Zone 6 to destination and back.
Do I get commission?

What about holidays?
Full-time fundraisers get 28 days’ paid holiday a year.
When do I start?
Any day you like so long as it’s Monday - and so long as we’ve offered you the job!
