This is Gift’s very own referral scheme. It’s our way of rewarding you for helping us recruit more fundraisers. Here’s how it works.
If you spot someone you think would make a good Giftie, tell them about the job, swap names and numbers and tell us back at the office. Once they’ve done their training, we give you a bonus. Simples.
You get £25 for each of the first six people you spot. That’s £150. You then get £50 for the seventh, eighth and ninth people you spot. That’s another £150. For the tenth person you spot you get a free day off. So that’s £300 plus a free day off for getting ten people to join as fundraisers.
And that’s not all. Every time you spot someone, your name goes in the hat to win an all-expenses-paid weekend away for two. The more people you spot, the better your chance of winning. Our last winner ended up wining and dining his lovely lady in Paris - ooh la la!
Sign-up Bonus
A great extra earner for our fundraisers. The more daily sign-ups you get, the more money you get. It’s uncapped, so there’s no limit, which means you can significantly add to your earnings on top of your already competitive hourly rate.
In simple terms, this is what our Sign-Up Bonus can give you per day:
- 4 sign ups = £10
- 5 sign ups = £15
- 6 sign ups = £20
- 7 sign ups = £25
- 8 sign ups = £30
- 9 sign ups = £35
- 10 sign ups = £40
So, if you get 4 a day throughout the week we’ll put an extra £50 in your pay packet as a ‘well done, nice job, pat on the back’ type thing, only in the form of money! If you get 5 a day then we’ll make it £75, 6 a day and it’s £100 and if you get 10 a day then it’s the BIG £200 on top of your weekly earnings.
Our good fundraisers are earning an extra £100-£200 a week on top of their salary.
